Special times for classes may be added if you have 6 or more committed folks.
Call 831-717-4270 to check for inclement weather cancellations. If canceled I will leave an outgoing message 60 minutes prior to class time. Generally, we WILL have class unless it is pouring. Drizzle, cold temps, and heavy fog don’t count. That’s what squats and pushups are for. (insert evil laugh here)
Remember the most important things you can bring are willingness, playfulness, and flexibility of MIND.
This class is appropriate for folks with a basic knowledge of yoga and some experience. It is intended to be challenging, but you are encouraged to take care of your body and modify as needed. If you have any injuries or are a total beginner, please contact me to discuss your situation before registering.
Thank you for joining us!
Namaste,
Kendra Fried
